Aims & Scope of Workshop:

Objective of the Workshop

The “ASPA pediatric POCUS workshop” is designed to introduce the participants to basic focused cardiac, pulmonary, gastric, vascular ultrasound. It aims to teach participants to correctly acquire, interpret, and clinically integrate normal and abnormal ultrasound images in children to aid diagnosis and management of acute problems in everyday clinical practice in the operating theatre and intensive care unit. At this workshop, ultrasound skills will be taught using healthy pediatric volunteers by dedicated pediatric trained experts from Asia. We welcome any physician with an interest to improve their ultrasound skills to the “ASPA pediatric POCUS workshop”. We are certain that you will find the experience enlightening and worthwhile.
